Swim Lessons & Water Fun

What a week this has been.....it started off with me getting an upper respiratory infection, followed by Ethan, Rachel and myself catching a really bad stomach bug, and ending with the battery in our truck dying.  PTL, we are all better now and will have a new battery tomorrow :)

Before all that happened, the kids had begun swim lessons here on post.  Caleb & Michael take theirs in the morning and then the older two take theirs in the afternoon.  One of our sweet neighbors volunteered to take Ethan & Rachel to their class ( her son is in it also ), so I don't have any pics of them.  The little boys are doing such a great job!  They love the water and get very excited when it is lesson time.

Waiting patiently for their lesson to start...it was SO hot outside!

Before they begin their lesson, their teachers gather them together & go over the rules for the class. It's really cute because they sing a song while doing them.

This was on the first day....I got so tickled because while they were singing the boys just looked at them like " what are they doing?".

By rule number 5, they were getting into the song though :)

One of their favorite parts...jumping in!

When the boys are not at the big pool, they love playing in the little pool at the house.  I got this because it has been so hot lately and it was a great way for them to play outside and stay cool!

This was a great idea, until I had to empty the thing.  I really didn't think about it ahead of time, but there is no grass right now in our backyard ( we are working on that ). When I poured the water out it made such a big, MUDDY mess.  So we've only used it one other time since then...lol

Until Next Time,

Michelle :)
