Day Date: Brooklyn Burger

Tuesday, Josh took the day off and since our housekeeper/babysitter was at the house that day, he decided to take me on a day date!!

We had heard about a great restaurant near the post called Brooklyn Burger.  They are known for there amazing burgers, scrumptious fries, and a milkshake called the Nutella Burnt Marshmallow!  We knew this was a place we needed to try out!  So we hopped in a taxi and a few minutes later we were there!

I was told the place was small ( it only seats 18 people) & that if you don't get there early enough you could wait up to an hour or so to get in.  We arrived a little bit after they opened and got the last table...perfect!  I got tickled because as we looked around we noticed that Josh was the only guy eating there...lol.

Several of my friends had been here before so I asked them what their favorites were.  They either said the C.R.E.A.M. burger or the Cheese Skirt, so we ordered one of each!

While we were waiting for our food to come out, Josh happened to look out the window and see these two guys trying to get on this small motorcycle.  It cracked us up, so he had to take a picture.

Finally our food arrived and we were NOT disappointed!  These burgers reminded me so much of home....they were DELICIOUS!!!  Those fries....YUMMY!!!!

Honestly, we were so stuffed after eating both of those that we didn't have room for the Nutella Milkshake ( I know, shame on us), but we plan to go back & try it out!

Or maybe we will try out the new Brooklyn Burger that is opening in the Samsung area!
